PRICING STRUCTURE
Services vary in price depending on length & thickness of hair, time required, products involved. Our tiered level system allows the flexibility to chose a stylist based on pricing or experience preference.
Feel free to ask your stylist about your services during your consultation at the start of your appointment, as we assess your needs.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that things come up! If you think you may be running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. We carefully schedule our appointments to ensure each stylist has ample time to give you the best experience possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to keep everything running smoothly for everyone. The earlier we hear from you, the better we can work together to find the best solution for you.
CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED
At DBK York Mills, we greatly value your appointments, which are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for the following notice when cancelling or rescheduling:
1. Appointments Under 90 Minutes
At least 24 hours' notice is required.
2. Appointments Over 90 Minutes
At least 48 hours' notice is required.
Please note that if changes are made within the specified notice period, a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the original service(s) will apply.
If you reschedule your appointment more than twice, a 50% deposit will be required for any future appointments.
Thank you for your understanding!
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
Moving forward, a deposit may be required for any future appointments.
TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Please allocate ample time for your appointment to fully enjoy your visit and make the most of your time at the salon. Luxury hair services, such as colour, highlights, and blowouts, often take 2-3+ hours. If you have any questions or concerns about the length of your appointment, don’t hesitate to contact us or consult with your stylist beforehand.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
We strive to ensure every guest is delighted with their experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let our salon manager know within 7 days.
We genuinely care about your satisfaction and will do our best to offer an alternative solution, as determined by the salon manager. While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to addressing your concerns and making things right.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE / RETURN
If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, we're here to help. Please bring the item and proof of payment within 14 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to offer an exchange or a credit for a future purchase.
To process a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in sellable condition. Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds in cash, credit, or debit, but we're committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with us.
